I will be signing on to a different Medicare plan. I am currently having my premiums automatically deducted. I am concerned that I'd be paying double premiums for these two plans. What should I do?

What plan are you looking into? I don't think you could double pay, but I'd have to know the scenario to really understand.

If you are getting a different Medicare drug plan and your current plan's is automatically deducted, don't fret. The automatic deductions should also stop once your enrollment in the new plan sets in. However, you should be aware that one or two months will have to pass before the premium is no longer withheld.
